About Park Beach Physio & Sports Injury Clinic
Park Beach Physiotherapy and Sports Injury Clinic was established in 1994. It is located at 19 Park Beach Road in Coffs Harbour (opposite Park Beach Plaza). The building was purpose-built as a physiotherapy clinic and comprises 4 treatment rooms, a private office and a large gym area which has been set up as a fully equipped Pilates studio.

ROGER JUDD
Principal Physiotherapist
- Born in Queensland but raised on the Coffs Coast.
- Trained at the University of Sydney, completing a Bachelor of Physiotherapy degree in 1994.
- Prior to that, completed a Bachelor of Physical & Health Education degree in 1984.
- Worked in several physiotherapy practices in Sydney servicing major sporting teams. Moved to Albury in 1996, taking up the position of Head of Physiotherapy at the Australian Army Logistics Training Centre.
- Returned to Coffs Harbour in early 2006 and worked in private practice before becoming principal of Park Beach Physio in January 2010.
- Involvement as a treating physiotherapist with multiple sporting disciplines including First Grade Rugby Union, Netball and Karate.
- Special interests in low back pain including post surgical rehabilitation, exercise rehabilitation for chronic pain sufferers, lower limb pain/orthotic prescription, rehabilitation and performance optimisation following sporting injuries.
- Has a keen interest in sports, particularly surfing, swimming, tennis and skiing.
CRAIG LITTLE
APA Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist
- Born in Sydney, raised on the Coffs Coast, attending Toormina HS.
- Studied at the University of Sydney, gaining a Bachelor of Applied Science (Physio) in 1990.
- Worked as a physiotherapist at Toormina Physiotherapy in the early 1990s.
- Was the Practice Principal at Carlingford Physio Centre in Sydney for 10 years.
- Completed a post-graduate Master of Manual Therapy from the University of Western Australia in 2007.
- Is an APA Titled Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist, formerly known as Manipulative Therapist.
- Spent 12 years teaching muscle energy techniques for treatment of lumbo-pelvic dysfunction, cervical spine and thoracic cage dysfunction and is an expert in treating these conditions.
- Joined the team at Park Beach Physiotherapy in January 2011.
- Has extensive experience in sports injuries, having travelled internationally as physiotherapist for the Australian women's and men's Volleyball teams.
- Special interest and experience in treating knee, shoulder and lumbo-pelvic injuries.
- Experience in synthetic casting and plastering.
- Involved professionally in local sport and a keen participant himself in golf, tennis, running and volleyball.
GEORGE GIANNOTIS
Pilates Instructor
- Has been living locally on the Coffs Coast since 2000.
- Qualified Pilates instructor having completed Certificate 1 & 2 with Body Control Pilates and post graduate with Body Arts and Science International (BAASI).
- Has an extensive teaching experience in Pilates and work history includes:
- Byron Bay Pilates 1991-1996.
- Body Arts and Science International USA 1994.
- Body Control Pilates Sydney 1996-1998.
- Pilates matwork with first generation teacher Romana Kryzanowska, USA 1997.
- Australian Pilates Method, Sydney 1998-2000.
- Pilates mat classes at Empire Gym Coffs Harbour 2000-2002 (first Pilates instructor in Coffs Harbour).
- Body Arts and Science International USA 2003.
- Established his own studio in Coffs Harbour and worked there from 2003 until joining the Park Beach Physiotherapy team in April 2008.
OLGA BUDOVICH
Pilates Instructor
- Born in Russia, Kaliningrad and moved to Australia in 2006.
- Completed Bachelor of Physical Education degree, at Kaliningrad State University, Russia in 1998.
- Masters in Synchronized Swimming.
- Competed for Russia 1993 - 1997.
- Coached Synchronized Swimming in Russia and in Taiwan.
- Qualified Water Fitness Instructor.
- Certificate III in Fitness, Fitness Institute, Australia 2008.
- Certificate IV in Pilates with Polstar Pilates 2010.
- Joined Park Beach Physiotherapy in 2010.
- Interests include Arts, Crafts and Performing Arts.
- Has been living in Coffs Harbour for over 35 years.
- Has worked at Park Beach Physiotherapy & Sports Injury Clinic continually since 1999.
- Responsible for the administration and reception at Park Beach Physiotherapy & Sports Injury Clinic.
- Involved in various sports, including volleyball, netball, hockey and softball.
