Pilates classes - Information & Timetable
An initial assessment by one of our physiotherapists is mandatory before starting our Pilates classes. This way we'll know your level and limitations and can prepare a customized Pilates program for you.
You'll then start with two individual Pilates sessions (or one if you have sufficient experience using Pilates equipment) before you can join our supervised Pilates classes on the days and times of your choice (see Pricing and Memberships ).
Maximum 6 people per Pilates class - bookings are essential. You'll follow your personal Pilates program and a certified Pilates instructor will always be at hand for guidance and correction.
